誰說異國料理做法複雜又困難?今天就來做溫潤好入口的滑蛋河粉吧!將青菜與喜歡的配料丟下鍋拌炒後打入雞蛋與高湯勾芡,趁著熱度淋在煮好的河粉上就完成了,稀哩呼嚕吃下肚,肚子飽了,全身也暖了。

材料

fresh kuay teowflat rice noodles.....350grams
dark soy sauce.....1tbsp
light soy sauce.....1tbsp
vegetable oil.....2tbsp
garlic.....2 cloves,minced
fishcake.....10 slices
chicken meat.....10 slices
fresh prawns.....8,peeled
greens.....2 stalks,or any green vegetables

【Gravy】:
chicken stock.....480ml
eggs.....2
Oyster Sauce.....1tbsp
light soy sauce.....1tsp
salt.....1tsp
ground white pepper.....1tsp

【Cornstarch Mixture】:
cornflour.....1tbsp
water.....60ml
