想吃宵夜的深夜時分,最適合吃一碗炸醬麵了!香菇與絞肉到入鍋中拌炒,一加熱濃郁的香氣就陣陣冒了出來,倒入豆瓣醬與醬油後,焦香味更加明顯,最後只要把做好的炸醬淋上麵條,愛吃辣的朋友除了撒蔥花以外,還可以放些辣椒丁,吃起來更過癮~

材料

thick noodles........250grams,fresh
meat........100grams,minced
Tapioca flourmarinate meat........1tbsp
button mushrooms........1 can,diced

garlic........1 cloves,minced
onion........20grams,diced
chili bean saucedoubanjiang sauce........1tbsp
black bean sauce........1tbsp
chicken stock........300ml

【Seasonings】:
soy sauce........1/2tbsp

ground white pepper........1/4tsp

【Cornstarch Mixture】:
cornflour........2tsp
water........60ml

【Garnish】:
spring onion/scalion........1 stalk,diced
red chili........1,diced
